a 2.1 drop in a single day but of course I did put in 11 miles of walking 6 of that power walking along with sit-ups push-ups and squats I am so close to that first goal which was the weight I graduated high school from back in the 1970 some things
186.7 lb Lost so far: 171.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

be careful, I learned from my weight doctor that lactic acid muscle's produce can make you hold on to or even gain weight. best to check weight after a day or two after a heavy work out.

Fortunately I'm not doing any heavy working out I have not been to the gym don't even have a gym membership all I'm doing is walking I'm doing sit-ups everyday supplemented with push-ups and squats Monday Wednesday and Fridays everything else is been diet

Wow you've come such a long way BB. I remember when you started doing your first pushups and squats back in November (26), now they are part of your routine. Dedication, perseverance and determination...well done!!
