I have 4.4 miles left to my personal challenge of walking 108 miles in the month of October. I'm taking Sunday off; that means I'll walk my 5 mile route on Halloween. Hope my walking buddy is up for it!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Helewis. The number of miles is my age doubled. Hopefully, when I complete my weight loss goal; I will only be old...not fat. :-)
