Skipped breakfast rather than spending the day or a significant part of the day fasting. Too much stress to deal with. I'm hoping to be around 2k today over all. Body fat (almost put BF but that could be confusing in this day and age) still seems to be edging down.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just got off the climbing wall at the rec center. That was a good hour and a half workout that was sorely needed. Low intensity but longer.
