Happy Friday to all FatSecret community! Thanks for all your thoughts on my procedure. It was pretty easy, and went quickly. I then, went on a gorge of St. Patties food and drink. I obviously paid a price for that. I actually picked up 4 pounds, because I started the day in the morning at 260 pounds. I get my results on April 4th.

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: We talked about the insulin spike from fruit juices, but also must moderate the intake of dairy products like milk, which includes all low-fat versions, that are said to spike insulin, even more than whole milk. Also, because of their carbs calorie value, it may be good to cut out legumes, beans, lentils, and chickpeas.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That looks AMAZING!! That is one of the HARDEST things for me to let go of is fruits/veggies... Love me some MELON!! I see dragonfruit there.. Never had it, is it good?
