Good Afternoon! Cloudy, rainy day. Work at 2. Slept in some because i really needed it after my trip lol. Im glad to be home, though, and back on track. It was also nice to find out in can make it on my own (without FS) for a few days and still do okay. It is also nice to know i can have a drink or two on occasion and it wont hurt me too bad. Good practical info.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
