1394 kcal Fat: 31.57g | Prot: 35.55g | Carb: 164.40g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, cheerios banana nut, coffee. Lunch: Greek Yogurt - Honey, great value mixed fruit cup, metamucil sugar free orange fiber, blue diamond chocolate almond milk. Dinner: harvestland chicken thigh, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), coffee, sweet leaf green tea, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, Condensed, Canned), saltines. Snacks/Other: sugar cookie, mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
