Actually started this diet on Sept. 9, 2011. Trying to keep carbs below 20g per day, but not really making it. Keeping it more like around 40-50g per day. On Sept. 9th I weighed 229, I now weigh 218 and counting.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
