I'm doing a happy dance this morning - I have a new low today!!! ♪♫♪♫

182.1 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you everyone. I thought I better also record (for when I check back) that I am officially up to a jog on the treadmill at 5.5mph - I need to get up to 6mph for it to be classed as running so that is 10.8kmp - will have a go tonight. I am doing Sk1nny training - walking at 3.3 mph then running 1 minute at 5.5mph (now to be 6mph) then 3.3 mph for slow down - last night I managed 5 x 1 minute spurts during a 1 mile walk/run. Not much difference in calories burned, but my face was an unnatural shade of red, so it must have been more effort.......surely??????

That's basically what C25K does, alternating intervals of walking/running. Congrats on the 5.5!

It's the after burn with HIIT Triaby - calorie wise at the time here isn't much difference, it may even be less.... But your body continues to burn the calories for hours after - which doesn't show on the readout :-). Even when you are asleep - can't be bad lol
