Made4more's Journal, 25 October 2011

I am a Born Again Christian and we are taught that if we are concerned about something or really need an answer from God that we should fast and pray but I do the opposite I worry and eat and hope for an answer. God has our special interstate and concernes in mind that's why he wants us to fast and pray when we do this we stop conentrating on the problem and are forced to focuse on God and what he wants for us. We end up with a peace that only God can provide, In Jeremiah God promises us a hope and a future if we seek him with all our hearts. So why dont we do tbis why do we insist on going day after day doing what we think is right and never feeling saticefide. Ugh! I k ow all this but putting it into practice is all whole other story. This weight loss journey is not just physical but spiritual it has to be if i plan on keep my weight off for good this time.
Thank you Lord for revealing this to me and reminding me of your promises help me not to forget and put my faith into practice. I love you Lord, i Jesus Name I pray Amen

Amen sister. Good for you for reminding us that nothing is possible without him and all things are possible with him. I needed that reminder. Thank you.
