Life baffles me. I had a pretty bad week, unable to exercise as much bc I could not leave due to flooded roads. A couple of food choices could have been better. Twice I had a glass of wine (I usually only drink wine on Fri-Sat). And I lost 2#. Go figure. Someone please remind me of this when I gain after a week after a "perfect" week :)
133.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL - our bodies to weird things - maybe your muscles released some water since you missed a couple workouts?
