You know Becca,... I only weigh once a week, sometimes, every other week. I find, if I weigh everyday, it will depress me, especially if I work so hard and don`t see a change or if I`ve got water retention that day and I`ve gained a pound or two. Please...let`s work together and you and I can do this. People will tell you what works for them (like I just did)...but, you have got to figure out what works for you and in doing that, you (as I know I will eventually) will start to see more weight loss. At this point, I am losing about 1.5 lbs a week when it boils down to it. I don't know about you, but I will take that...as long as I am not gaining.

Thank you for your encouragement, I really appreciate it :) 1.5 is nothing to sneeze at! I find it doesn't discourage me to weigh every day... that being said I'd prefer to weigh 3x weekly but the challenge I started seems to have a default weight and if I don't change it daily..it goes up!! I am feeling strong and positive at this time...I'm usually a pretty happy camper.What plan are you using?
