My weekend diary consists of:

Pizza, Fricadenlas, mashed potato, chicken burger from McDonald's, chocolate cake, ice cream puffs, a cup of mixed fruits with salt and lemon, a couple of slices of bread with provolone, potato chips, sugary drinks and a bag of skittles before bed.

This week i have to be good to get back on track.
109.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
