A crawling loss, should be better but I'm sure I have some fluid retention.

I need to stop eating out so much on clinical weekends. I come home so exhausted and stressed; denny's seems like a solid choice. I made acceptable choices but the sodium was through the roof I'm sure. I woke feeling thirsty with concentrated urine yesterday. Better today.

Other than that I had a good weekend. All is well here. I'm going to study for my exam tomorrow, and work tonight.

I know what you mean. During this weekend I struggled too. And whatever you eat that you buy, it will have more sodium than if you cooked yourself. But like you I was so tired and stressed out an became very hungry. But today is a new day of a new week. We will make sure to eat right. Don't we? Wishing you all the best.

A crawling loss is better than a creeping gain. Don't beat yourself up about it. Just remind yourself that if / when it happens again, you drink plenty of water at the time so that you don't get as dehydrated. Have a great week!

Crawling ahead is better then falling back! So good for you - and one good day of water will cure you I'm sure.
