help I want to lose weight but looks like I'm put on some. I need help will a meal plan. T help me to get my blood pressure down.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Take a look at LCHF also known as Keto Diet. It has worked well for me. I had been borderline diabetic and high blood pressure. My last Dr visit back in September said I was in perfect health. She said that whatever I was doing, keep doing it.

woods it will be very hard to lose weight if you work for Mc D cause of all the free food you can eat there....what is your plan for that

McDonald's has a handy tool that allows you to customize an order to see how carbs/fat/calories etc. can be adjusted. Want a burger but without all the carbs? On the site, hover over the menu item, click on "learn more and customize" then click on the "ingredients" button and deselect high carb items such as the bun, the adjusted carb totals will be displayed.
