That makes two months down, and 20 pounds down! I am now working to figure out my macros, where I land as far as how much fat and carbs to eat. My diet previous to this has always been Atkins. But as I've done more research I realize I really am more Keto. However having not done a ton of research on Keto I'm finding I wasn't quite doing it correctly. I lost a ton of weight The first month but it drastically slow down after that. I am hoping to lose 5 pounds in March that would bring me under 160.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
