Starting Keto diet today. Eating lower carb really helped during my challenge, so I decided to continue it. Dread the sugar withdrawals over the next week or so, but I'm determined to be successful!
So, for my low carb buddies, how do I eat low carb and still get adequate fiber? Do I need to take a fiber supplement? Please advise. Thanks!

Personally, I don't take a fiber supplement. I get my fiber by eating a salad almost everyday, eating tofu shirataki noodles (which is what I use in place of pasta noodles), and from the low carb veggies I eat. I also make fat bombs with peanut butter and unsweetened cocoa, and both of those have fiber. I have found that it is just as important to look at the fiber as it is to look at the carbs.
