Trying to be good. Back to the gym last night - slept like a baby.
Glad today is my Friday - really bad day at work. Lots of stress.

stress, stress. Maybe that's part of my problem losing. But I shouldn't blame anyone but myself for not staying with the program.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
