I litterally feel like Im dying today. I get the WORST cramps. UGGG. So, no weighing myself for a couple days. It would be too depressing

235.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb. Still to go: 55.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.8 lb a week

Thanks... I hate my so called "friend" lol... the one that only arrives once a month....The cruel b*tch.. haha But I get them so bad the first day that I would LOVE to lay in the fetal possition, drugged up. LOL but I made it through, yet again!! And I lost weight!! YAY Thanks for the thoughts!!
