Allergies have me sneezing my head off but, I got through my workout and house cleaning and now time for a nap.
Be well everyone.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have long had the worst allergies of anyone I know, with lots of shots and meds not doing much for me, if they even help at all. Over-the-counter Nasacort (plus my diphenhydramine) has changed my life, even when other Rx nasal sprays over the years didn't help. This has made such a difference, when allergies have been getting worse every year due to the presumably global warming related growing season changes. I'm no longer seriously overdosing on the diphenhydramine while still suffering unbearably, just taking regular doses of that antihistamine along with the Nasacort. Nasacort takes days/weeks to fully kick in, but you only have to remember to use it once a day. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from inhalant allergies. Feel better!
