Slept 8.5 hours last night. Finally! On we go.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3360 kcal Fat: 169.85g | Prot: 179.84g | Carb: 299.38g.   Breakfast: Grapefruit, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, 2% Fat Milk, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, Espresso Coffee, Unsalted Butter Stick. Lunch: British Columbia spartan apple, White Bread, Butter, Egg. Dinner: Pizza Hut 12" Medium Meat Lovers Pan Pizza, Klondike White House Cherry Ice Cream Bars. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Great Value Raisins, Almonds, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, Bananas. more...

Sleep is the best! Didn't even have to go for a mid night walk. :) Thanks guys. I'm sticking to this routine for another week and then deciding if I need to add another 200 cals per day to slow down the loss. I won't give up my Sunday fasting. I'm already looking forward to it. No decisions to make; no food to track - it's quite liberating. Take a look at my weight history if you like and give me an opinion. I've been pretty consistently in the 2700 range per day. Can't believe that's below maintenance, but with the fast day, that 2700 per day on the days I'm eating = 2300 cals per day over the week. I think I'm obsessing.

Thanks, Phooka, but there's no chance of eating disorder here. Being mindful is not the same as obsessed. I may have chosen the wrong word.

Pretty awesome! So you fast the entire day now? ... or Skip dinner Saturday night and eat dinner on Sunday night? Sleep is everything. I know you feel so much better.
