Start and stop start and stop. Had gotten up to 184 point something this week and finally had enough. Did a 2 day no carb deal and I'm down almost 4 pounds. I will take it. So, I am back on the wagon again. If I can stop smoking, I can lose weight and get lean. On a real positive note... I have been exercising 2-3 times a week and I am seeing tone arms and such which is exciting. My legs have always been strong but they are looking good too. Now to get that gut!
180.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
