About to hit 11 stone. Not pretty on a five foot nothing female with a bad back.
Time to do something concrete about it. Slimming World is a no brainer, mom is a consultant so I have a wealth of experience on tap. No S is good in theory but with four kids, not so good in practise.
Fingers crossed this works! I have to shift a stone by xmas, hopefully, although I've chosen 16lbs as my target loss. Eight weeks, maybe. Then I can munch at xmas. LOL (Which is 10 weeks away!)
