Just another crappy day

I am in serious need of an emotional pick-me-up. My head hurts, my body hurts and it's probably just me but the kids seem extra cranky and defiant. Yet again I am hungry but not...ended up skipping lunch, maybe I'll do an early dinner of a big salad or something...I dunno
