It's post Indulgence Day. I am impressed, that I made it thought it without going over 90 kgs. :) Another short journal, due to weekend. Life is good, though. :)
197.1 lb Lost so far: 144.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great... You are firmly in onederland now, with a quite a bit of wriggle room, even post indulgence day. (as you weigh in Kg don't know if that registered). :-)
