Asarver's Journal, 15 February 2016

So I've done poorly these past two weeks. I've been slacking on updating my food journal too. I told myself I had to weigh in today for accountability. If I didn't, who knows if I would keep gaining weight?

I went running today, and have signed up for a few volleyball games this week. Super excited. I've decided I'm going to start limiting myself to one "bad" thing a week. Like onion rings, or foods that don't serve any nutritional value (cookies). I'm not counting things like my muffins because they have no added sugar, and are made with almond flour, which is really just a serving of almonds (so in my brain, healthy). They also have blueberries!

I'm definitely going to get back on track for tracking my food. I can't do without it, as I've shown myself multiple times before. But I guess I don't really learn :P

It's been awhile since I've logged on, and I had like 50 notifications, so I'm sorry buddies!! I'll try and check in more on you this week. :)

Hope your week is starting off well!

We've all done it. Glad you're back. My rule became log in every day even if I don't log.

I have found skipping meals has helped me. I generally have a cup of coffee for breakfast, then a few items before a good dinner.
