ok, so i fell off the wagon a bit and gained back 5 pounds. it was a minor setback due to personal reasons. now i just have to tell myself to start again. im getting a bit sick of eating the same things all the time so i have to get some more variance in my diet so im more inclined to stick with it. also i need to do at least 30 min of excercise every single day. when i was following this diet to a tee and excercising 3-5 times a week i was losing weight like crazy. i just need to motivate myself and want it badly enough. losing this weight isnt about cosmetic reasons, although that is obviously a bonus. losing this weight is about me getting in shape and eating healthy for the rest of my life so i can get the job i want. i need to be in good shape to be a police officer (im a crminal justice major) and i scored well on the written test, now i just need to pass the physical agility exams. they will be coming up in the beginning of the new year, so that gives me a limited amount of time to take the bull by the horns and do this thing. this is my career, this is my life, this is what i want to do.... now its just up to me to get it done!!
239.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
