Best weight loss yet. Mostly fasting and soup. I am determined to get below 300!. Now to avoid pizza and ice cream craving.
312.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.4 lb a week

Edard, You're doing great, and making steady progress. Just make sure to remember that too much fasting can kill your metabolic rate and cause muscle loss instead of fat loss. Keep fighting the good fight!
