Friday Weigh in - Scale went down a bit - I'll take it. Worked out doing 21 day fix this week. I did body cardio, upper fix and lower fix, Mon, Wed, and Thur. I'm hoping the scale moves a bit more now that I'm trying to add the workouts back in. Loving these workouts - they are only 30 mins each and I do them in the privacy of my own home.
152.7 lb Lost so far: 39.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love, love, love these workouts. I am getting ready to do one now. I have her "Extreme 21 Day Fix workouts too, but haven't tried them yet.
