I'm not sure if this is right. I got off the scale and back on. I got the same result. 😳 I am amazed! 😊
178.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks everyone. I finally got myself an activity tracker and it's really prompting me to walk and move more. I even tried a bit of running. Well, mainly that was because I thought I lost my wallet so I high-tailed it back down my road to find it. 😁
