I did LOUSY on phase 1. However, I'm not going to keep going through the agoney of restarting phase 1 just because I feel I failed following through. Today I am starting phase 2 and my new exercise program. My new gym opened up this weekend and tonight will be my first workout night! I have also ordered Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Solution CD and a CD on self discipline and control. I need this.
Marching on and forward, still. Never giving up hope! Just have to keep chipping away at finding the solution!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
