2974 kcal Fat: 96.85g | Prot: 213.56g | Carb: 347.12g.   Breakfast: meijer lowfat cottage cheese, walnuts, maple grove sugar free syrup, banana, maranatha, carrot, Omega 3 Fish Oil, trutein, quaker oats, soy slender, skim milk. Lunch: cocoa roast almonds, naturally nutty, Flavor & Fiber Bars - Chocolate Brownie, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), broccoli, apple. Dinner: great northern beans, chicken tenderloin. Snacks/Other: chocolate chip cookie, fiber one 80, crunchmaster, cottage cheese, Everything But The... Ice Cream, kashi golean crunch, apple, carrot. more...
