Consider I took the last week off and, did not follow my diet at all, I am not complaining. Today the start of 2010, I am going back to my diet! Hope Every one has a Happy New Year!!
203.7 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
