Well, here I am after a crazy turbulent up and down time. Thanks for any and all support.
Haven't been as consistent as I want to be in for weigh ins - exercise or tracking. But life got way too busy. And I ended up losing some weight - wahoo!!

Learning to trust the process is a difficult thing for us all. However, I will accept this small victory and hope that at long last my adrenals are kicking in after having been on prednisone. Trying to go to gym and trying to keep some consistent things in my life even though my personal life is topsy turvy at the moment. Ummmm who am I kidding - the last 5 years have been insane, trying to jump off the crazy train and fast. That doesn't mean I'm taking drastic measures just done with the insanity of others. Ok enough of the negativity...let's win this challenge for good and get on with life and maintain good health.

At one time I was only 10 pounds from my goal of 128 arrrrgh. oh well - reassessed - would love to hit 125 but if 140 is as low as I can get without driving myself bananas then so be it. To all my fellow winners at losing - keep up the great work no matter how large or small the loss - keep on going.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
