If it weren't for this migraine, I'd be a happy camper today! But the headache is my own fault...I didn't eat nearly enough and could use more sleep still., Otherwise, I had an awesome workout (elliptical + kickboxing) and a few minutes in the steam room, although that part is way more enjoyable when I have someone to talk to, so I can forget the time, heat, and difficulty breathing vapor...and just relax. =)

Woke up and weighed 177.8, nice change! JUST weighed myself before dinner and I'm at 177.4, even more awesome! Made me forget the pain in my head for a minute, and both made me happy! ;D

Currently feeling: Ugh...migraine...want to go to sleep NOW, but I have to study for my Biology Quiz tomorrow and Put some effort into my Lab Report since the professor wants to see our progress... =(
Overall throughout the day: Excellent! Was a little upset that my first class was cancelled, but I made great use of it getting more familiar with MS Excel for my Lab Report, so I felt less irritated about waking up earlier than needed (especially since I've been so deprived of sleep). Great workout, great day in school. =)

It's amazing (and sometimes frustrating) how much our food intake can affect us. The good thing about it is that we hopefully learn to push our bodies to where we'd like them to be: Comfortable and pain free. I've had many similar days, and not realizing it was food related until I started doing FatSecret. :) I hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry about the migraine, those are positively awful. Hope you feel better soon and good luck with all the school work. I have a relatively light assignment due this week plus a team assignment that I have to manage. I'm so excited, I only have two more classes and then I am finished! How about you?

@Kingkeld: I agree, and I learned that I suffer from migraines like this WHENEVER I don't eat, so I always try to do what I can to avoid them! Thanks, I feel much better, I can often sleep them off. =) @New MrsRando: They sure are horrible, and I never knew they were migraines until a friend commented that the nausea / vomiting was a clear sign that it wasn't just a terrible headache! I'm so happy for you, it's wonderful when you near the finish line! An early congrats to you!! I still have a LONG way to go, I'm only on my second semester of my first year, and the credits I have from other schooling wasn't accepted at this college... No worries, I will be transfering schools, hopefully in a year (thereabouts) and hopefully the following one(s) will accept more credits! I still have a TON of school to get through to become a DVM, lol. ;P
