I also believe in the two exercises 'fork downs' and 'table pushaways'.

So true - no point in all those crunches if they're covered in a blanket of blubber (whenever I see a barrel-chested man, my first thought is that he's lifting both weights AND Whoppers).

I have several rigs I use depending on the venue. I mostly play Strats loaded with EMGs. My current line up of amps include a Fender Deluxe (my favorite), Hot Rod Deluxe and Mustang 3. I run a Digitech RP500 for effects. I'm working on my newest guitar, an Epiphone ES 339 that I use for practice a lot. I added a roller bridge. A Bigsby will be added next. I think it's going to be my Sunday morning guitar...

Such great advice!!! Small portions are key to keeping control of your weight. My thin friend never has seconds. I need to remember to do this because it's ok to eat a proper serving but not ok to double it.
