I think it's safe to say I found out what was wrong. SLEEP! I had been getting between 4-6 hours of sleep after working out so hard my legs and arms were like noodles, so I wasn't getting enough rest. I also upped my calorie intake on some days depending on how active I was so that probably helped, too.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wish I could comment with a thumb's up lol. And today I have done nothing for the first time I can remember since having my daughter (9 year ago-go figure), and I'm trying not to let myself feel guilty for it. Today I have enjoyed Claire by watching the 1967 version of Dr. Doolittle, played My Little Pony, played pretend Dr. Doolittle, read a fiction novel, and fed everyone including the animals. I just recently put clothing on other than pjs. She is still in hers, and we are having a blast. Doing. Absolutely. Nothing. :) Now she and her dad are going over plans for her Awana box car derby next week. I think I need to have a day like this more often!
