I'm down four pounds!! Holy crap! I know it's probably just that first week drop thingy that you always see on the biggest loser but I'm pretty happy with it! Go me!! I figured maybe 2lbs at the most but I'm not complaining. :)
Talked with my therapist today. She's concerned about my focusing on weight loss and not on other things. So I'm going to have to remember that I'm doing this for reasons other than weight loss. I'm doing this to better my depression, to get healthy, to help my energy levels and to beat my eating disorder. Among many other things.
YAY!!! So happy right now.
