Well, that is not how I recommend losing weight. I will enjoy the number temporarily because I am sure once I start eating regular meals again it will creep up at least a couple of pounds. I am starting to feel better and am eating a regular breakfast today. I woke up hungry, first time since Monday morning. Here's to good health!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep it makes for quick weight loss but it's the only thing enjoyable of the situation.
