Well, the plan was a half fast, but my body is telling me that I need to eat something solid today. Bulletproof coffee with protein powder will be my only source of liquid protein today. Normally I bump at the end of a day with a protein shake. It will be challenging to get all the food in, but I'm figuring, if my old maitenance for 240 pounds was about 4000 calories per day, I should be able to pack away 2500. Of course this will be without the pizza, Doritos and Coke, but I'll give it a try.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everybody is different. If I ate 4000 calories a day I would blow up to 240# quickly. Even at 2500 calories a day, I gain...

I teach until 8 my time Brenda. HCB. This is one of the big lies fostered by vegans/vegetarians. The term is'denatured'. Any cooked protein is ensure, but um not interested in reading raw pork. In fact denatured protein is complete and more easily digested. It's just one of those trigger words that seem to imply something is wrong.

I am confused. Are you telling me about the term 'denatured'? I know I haven't had this discussion with you. 8:00 your time is 11:00 my time and I'll be in bed, because I will be getting up at 5:00. How do you feel about looking at my food log after 10:30 your time or sometime Friday that fits your work schedule? OK?
