I caught a bad cold,& yesterday I had to drink 1 1/2 cups of dayquil which was alot of added calories from sugar i suppose! so no weight loss today...
223.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
