End of Week Three of 2016


Plan for 2016
- Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. Goal Met!
- No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Goal Met!
- Veggies with every dinner. Almost!
- No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays, can save up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). Goal Met! One drink total.

So this weigh-in is a little bit off because my whole last weekend was off. Typically I weigh-in on Sundays, but we were in PA and NYC visiting family, so I weighed myself the Friday before we headed out. While this wasn't my normal day for weigh-ins, the weekend that followed with both diet and exercise (or lack thereof) was anything but normal. While I tried to be good and mindful of my eating choices, there were some temptations I freely gave into that I could've done without.

I'm counting this as my final weigh-in for January, with my next one (Sunday) kicking off February.


1/1 - 1/29 weight loss total: 1.8 lbs.

175.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
