I've really been enjoying making crockpot dinners regularly. Everything comes out so deliciously, it's by far one of the most cost efficient ways to cook;food lasts for several days and just gets tastier during that time; Calories are easy to control and follow and you don't have to think too hard about what to eat. This is cool!

So far meals have been:
Split pea soup (with bacon ends)
Chorizo spiced pulled pork (made with a pork loin rather than shoulder)
Spice rubbed chicken (with added bonus of stock simmering in the pot right now made from the carcass)

Have another chicken waiting in the freezer- haven't decided what that will be yet

188.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
