Starting over today. I'm watching the scale go up and up and up. It started with 8 pounds and then BOOM 20 pounds are back. Time to get serious. I'm going to have to put blinders on with the cake and donuts and stuff.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
