Decent workout this morning. 20 minutes of weights followed by 17 minutes on the elliptical stepper. Same problem -- forcing myself out of bed in time to get a good workout.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

way to go on the workout..i am having the same problm...but my alarm clock wakes me up now...lol...
