I guess if i really saw it on the scale for 3 days, I can now record my weight as 180#. I have lost 17 lbs since seeing the surgeon who will fix my hiatal hernia in about 3 weeks. My waist is now 36 inches, and I have not seen that for a long time. I love that my pants are loose and that I may need to go shopping soon. Now to get someone to take a picture of me & Art so that I can compare it to the one from Sean's Wedding in June - I want to see that difference. My next dilemma is the liquid diet I will need to be on for about 6 weeks after my surgery. This will be tough as trying to keep up protein on a liquid diet that is sugar free. I plan to stay sugar free as I feel less bloated. Even drinking one diet soda makes me feel bloated. What will the week hold? who knows, but I know that I am over my plateau. Let's see how long it takes to get me down to 175#.
