3 good days of tracking and staying on plan since Thursday. (Good news is that the temptations are now out of the house and I WON'T be buying more.) Getting the tracking & on plan streak to run longer will help nudge the scale the right way. I'm slowly getting used to the idea of eating fresh vegetables and meats and dropping processed foods and treats. The goal is to see/taste it less like medicine and as something good I'm doing for myself.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
