yesterday started out with much hope and resolve but went to celebratory lunch with friend. two glasses of wine later - went on a chips and cookie binge.

today will be a better day.
119.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
