I DID IT. I ATE (PER WEIGHT WATCHER MEASUREMENTS) 29 POINTS YESTERDAY. I actually had to plan how I was going to do it. And probably made better choices doing so. BUT IT WAS SOOOOO NOT EASY!! We have so many yummy (fattening/high calorie) goodies still in the house.....

The more you do it, the easier it gets. The thing I like about the points is that it makes you stop and think before putting something in your mouth. You have to decide if something is worth eating. Normally, people just shove food in to their mouths without thinking. Good luck!
