Yes! it is a great day. I have dropped 2 pounds and am back to my original goal weight. Now I am going to work on losing 5 more pounds. There is nothing like a good loss to keep a person motivated.
Bowling was good last night I bowled over my average all three games. We had a wonderful time and won 2 out of three games. The weather has been fantastic for the last few days. I know spring isn't here yet, but it certainly feels like it.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
