So pissed at myself for not being able to maintain my weight; and for not being able to say no to overeating; and for not being able to keep my workout schedule the same everyday. :(
127.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week


Comments 
Few people talk about this, but many if not most people are addicted to food - either physically, emotionally, mentally or all three. I have learned not to beat myself up but try to figure out why I screwed up so that I don't do a repeat...
